Click on above link to view. Starting at the West End Community Centre, we will run down Gilford St. towards the Sea Wall. Along the Sea Wall, groups will continue on until they reach the half way point in their designated workout. Once this is completed, they will turn around and take the path leading in towards the Lost Lagoon. On Lagoon Drive, runners will make their way back to WECC on Robson.
